Payment terms

In all competitions of the Arena Address GmbH (see "AR" in the program name), a global duplicate match takes place. If a competitor has already participated in an "AR" raffle, he is suspended for other "AR" raffles.

Duplicate matching: within the program in real time

Mandatory fields: all form fields consisting of salutation, first / last name, e-mail, address, telephone number and date of birth

Cancellation reasons: Invalid first name / last name, invalid e-mail address, trash mail / throw-away address, invalid address / telephone number, fun names (eg Peter Pan, Mickey Mouse ...), entries without meaning (eg ihasfj38joi), duplicates

Restrictions: temporary e-mail addresses, action clicks for sending SMS etc, banner network or banner exchange systems, view bar, cashback, incentive traffic, entry services for competitions etc., internet cafes and other access service providers, domain trading / domain parking and websites without a valid imprint are not allowed !

E-mail application: E-mail campaigns may only be sent to ad-opt in adresses (Double-Op-In). In addition, it must be clearly visible in the footer: the sender with imprint, the unsubscribe link to the program from the newsletter program restrictions.

Not permitted are entry services and automatic entry generation methods. Upon detection, the leads are not evaluated and, if necessary, further steps are taken. Also SPAM mail actions are not allowed.
