There is a duplicate comparison. If a participant has already participated in the competition, he is blocked for the competition.

Database quality: comparison with existing database

OptIn procedure: Double OptIn

Duplicate comparison: within the program in real time

Mandatory fields: all form fields consisting of title, first / last name, email, address, telephone number and date of birth

Cancellation reasons: Invalid first name / last name, invalid email address, trash mail / throw-away address, invalid address / telephone number, fun names (e.g. Peter Pan, Mickey Mouse ...), entries without meaning (e.g. ihasfj38joi), duplicates

Restrictions: temporary e-mail addresses, action clicks for sending SMS messages, banner network or banner exchange systems, view bar, cashback, incentivized traffic, entry services for competitions etc., internet cafes and other access service providers, domain trading / domain parking and websites without a valid imprint are not permitted !

Email application: Email campaigns may only be sent to addresses with advertising consent (double op-in). In addition, it must be clearly visible in the footer: the sender with imprint, the unsubscribe link to unsubscribe from the newsletter, program restrictions

Entry services and automatic entry generation processes are not permitted. If the leads are found, they will not be evaluated and further steps may be taken. SPAM mail campaigns are also not permitted.
