A global duplicate adjustment is applied to all Proleagion GmbH (see "Pro" in the program name). If a participant already participated in a "Pro" contest, he is blocked for other "Pro" prizes.

Duplicate matching: within the program in real-time

Required fields: all form fields consisting of salutation, first / last name, e-mail, address, telephone number and date of birth

Invalid address (s): Invalid first name / last name, invalid e-mail address, trash mail / address, invalid address / telephone number, fun names (eg Peter Pan, Mickey Mouse ...). Entries without meaning (eg ihasfj38joi)

Limitations: temporary e-mail addresses, domain trading / domain parking and websites without valid imprint are not allowed!

E-mail application: E-mail campaigns may only be sent to addresses with advertising consent (Double-Op-In). In addition, the footer must be clearly visible in the footer: the sender with imprint, the unsubscribe link from the newsletter program restrictions

Entry services and automatic entry generation procedures are not permitted. The leads are not evaluated when they are determined and further steps are initiated if necessary. SPAM mail actions are also not allowed.
